Mark Hensley, Director of Product
Management
Mark Hensley has over 20 years of experience delivering
client-centered technology solutions to the accounting and tax
industry. He has led and consulted on product development and
direction efforts for start-up, mid-growth, and Fortune 1000
companies. His previous positions include Senior Director of
Professional Services and Software for the Tax & Accounting
division of Thomson Reuters, Vice President of Content Development
at ATX-Kleinrock, and Director of Tax Software for Tax &
Accounting Software Corporation. In these previous roles, he
performed customer-focused product management duties at every phase
of the product life cycle. He has worked extensively with
customers, product development, customer service, sales, and
marketing to deliver solutions to gain acceptance in the
marketplace. Prior to his technology experience, Mark worked
as a senior tax associate for PricewaterhouseCoopers, an
international accounting firm.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of
Science in Taxation from Oklahoma State University. He is
married and has two children.
