John K. Washington, Executive Chairman

John Washington brings more than 25 years of experience in providing bookkeeping, financial processing, debt and equity finance, income tax preparation and tax resolution.  He is the owner of SureBook's principal Affiliate, and is President and General Partner of Precision One LP, a real estate development company. 

John has considerable expertise in the world of finance, including corporate finance, asset management, multi-entity capital structuring, taxation, capital formation, and accounting services.  He currently serves as Controller or Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of several other companies, as well, and created a more cost-effective solution for providing services and proficiencies to companies that do not have an 'in-house' Controller or CFO.
