Tom Montgomery, Manager

Tom Montgomery is Managing Partner of the Montgomery Coscia Greilich LLP, whose primary disciplines include advanced tax planning, mergers and acquisitions, and debt/equity financing for both public and private companies.  Tom is a well- known investor and advisor to growing companies throughout the state of Texas.

Prior to forming the Firm, Tom was responsible for starting and growing Beal Capital Markets, Inc., an investment subsidiary of Beal Bank specializing in both public and private corporate finance products. He was also the founding and managing partner of Montgomery Baggett & Drews LLP, a full-service CPA firm in Dallas.  Tom's primary activity with the firm was serving companies in tax, merger and acquisition and financing transactions.

Tom graduated from Texas Tech University with a M.S. in Accounting and Taxation, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  He sits on the Board for Children's Medical Center and actively participates in mission trips through St. Andrew's United Methodist Church.
