  • Job Management gives Affiliates direct visibility into individual job status and workflow details for every job you have in the system.

SureBooks Window-on-the-Work offers online Support Desk assistance, and we're here to help you whenever you need us.  You can easily submit any issues you're having and a SureBooks representative will get back to you no later than the next business day.  And it doesn't have to be job-related.  We'll field questions or problems you may be having regarding billing, web functionality, QuickBooks, financial reports, and more with our easy-to-use ticketing system.

Getting on board with Window-on-the-Work is extremely easy.  A SureBooks Client Services Manager will provide training, and even walk you through setting up your first client on the portal using easy-to-follow steps.  It has never been easier to manage your clients' work.

How the Portal Works.

Window-on-the-Work is a web platform that uses the speed and accessibility of the Internet to receive, process, and report on all service activities between SureBooks and our Certified Affiliates.  The portal is scalable and can grow with your business, and there is no software to install.  The data flows from your client to you to SureBooks where we implement multiple levels of data review and analysis to ensure that accurate financial reports and tax returns are generated.

All of your data and documents are safely archived and completely secure.  We've taken ultimate measures by implementing encrypted user authentication, an 'always on' audit trail, automatic back-up, and disaster recovery.  You'll always have the most up-to-date views of your work and it's accessible anywhere, anytime.
